After received the regular consultation or technical
question from the clients, the sales department should
answer them within 4 hours, for answering the special
product the answer should not more than one day. As for
the bid project, we should answer during the time that
the customer requested. If be requested by the customer
we can add the picture of product. Performance parameter,
main accessory, the adopting standard, the introduction
of the product and so on information.
The service during the manufacture
proceed
If it is whole sale or requested by the clients, we will
invite the client to check and inspect the proceed during
the manufacture, if not requested, we will collect the
physics and chemistry check test, special proceed inspection,
product out of the factory inspection and so on reference
inspections together and settle them together as a file.
After sale service
When the products carried out of the factory, each valve
attached the instruction of the products (if the condition
permission we also can send the CD which is contain the
product manufacture, inspect, usage, installation and
maintain). If requested by the customer or be prescribed
by the contract, the product should be inspected in the
customer location, we can arrange the technician to guide
in the locale, but you should charge the necessary fee.
When received the complaint
from the customer
a. Make sure send out the answer and carry out the dispose
scheme within the 4 hours.
b. Arrive to the locale within 24 hours (where we have
send up the dealer, service network or travel permission).
c. If it is caused by the product, we will pay for the
service charge, if it is not caused by the product, the
total service should paid by the customer.
d. If it is caused by the mistake –purchase by the customer,
it is allowed to change another product for free.
The quality service
1. The products we supply are all design. Manufacture
after the standard, and the end joint is following to
GB/T12221-89、GB/T9112、ANSI B16.10、JB/T74-94、GB/T9113、HGJ44
and so on or follow the request from the customer. The
check standard follows the Standard GB/T13927-92、JB/T9092、API1598-1996.
2. The whole products carried out of our factory, their
Construction Design、Accessory part material、and the thickness
of the valve are all following the correlated standard.
3. The valve we supply are have the 12 months period quality
protection, and during this period, if be found the fault
of the product quality, we make sure for mending, changing
and being kickback. And also charge the travel fee.
